❓When and where is the reunion taking place?

🗓 The reunion is on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Fort Yargo’s Event Center in Winder, Georgia. Reunion site opens 9AM and closed 7PM. Park Hours: 7AM-10PM

❓What does the registration fee cover?

Your registration fee helps cover:

Venue rental
Supplies and equipment
Activities and games

Parking is not included, please bring $5 to cover parking.

❓Is food included in the registration fee?

🍽️ No, food is not included.

To keep things simple and flexible this year, meals will not be provided. Instead, we encourage each family or group to bring their own food or coordinate with others to share a picnic or potluck-style meal.

Think of it as a big family cookout where everyone brings their favorite dishes, snacks, or easy-to-pack lunches.

❓How do I RSVP/Register?

✅ You can RSVP online by clicking here or visiting the JP Store on our website. Please RSVP by June 30, 2025.

❓What are the registration fees?

Adults (18+): $20
Youth (0–17): Free

Parking is not covered, please bring $5 to cover parking fee

❓Can I bring a guest or friend?

👥 Absolutely! Guests are welcome, but they must be registered and paid for just like all attendees. This helps us plan for seating, activities, etc. Please complete the guest section when you RSVP.

❓What should I bring?

Food and drinks for yourself/family
Comfortable clothing for outdoor activities
$5.00 for Parking Fee

Additional Costs to Plan For:
While your registration fee covers reunion essentials (like venue, games, and etc.), please bring cash or a card to cover optional activities that are not included, such as:

Beach access
Bike Rentals: $10 for 1-Hr, $25 for 4-Hr, $60 for 8-Hr
Disc Golf - $4 per person - 18-basket course
Boating: Canoes, Kayaks, and Pedal Boats - $5 per hour
Snacks or items from vendors

⚠️ These are pay-as-you-go and managed by the venue or nearby vendors, so please come prepared!

❓Grilling Policies at Fort Yargo State Park

🔥 Designated Grills: The park provides grills at designated picnic shelters and campsites. These are intended for use by park guests and are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a reservation is made.

🔥 Grilling Policies at Fort Yargo State Park Personal Grills: Visitors are generally not permitted to bring their own grills unless they are using them in designated camping areas where personal grilling is allowed. For example, campsites typically include a fire ring and grill for personal use.

🔥 Grilling Policies at Fort Yargo State Park Fire Safety: Open fires and the use of personal grills are not allowed in non-designated areas. This includes areas near the beach, trails, or other public spaces. Always use grills in designated areas and ensure fires are completely extinguished after use.

🌦️ The event will take place rain or shine! Fort Yargo’s Event Center includes indoor space to accommodate us in case of bad weather.
